COSTS

THE COSTS FOR ON SITE CBA WORKSHOPS ARE CALCULATED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  THE TOTAL COST OF A WORKSHOP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Travel expenses (including airfare or mileage, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses) for one or two instructors (usually two)

Other direct expenses, such as the cost of a meeting room, if not furnished by the host, and (where applicable) the cost of shipping the participant workbooks to the site of the workshop

An instruction fee, as follows (except for Practical Application of the CBA Process):
